Putting the FUN in fundamentals
Once a week, our volunteers meet with elementary school students to read books together. We believe that extra engagement with adults and literature can lead kids to be more invested in their community, their education, and their future. When local adults invest in students, everyone wins. Volunteer today!
We have 4 schools beginning Book Pals this year. 3 of them are starting in October and one in February. Please consider volunteering for this program. You won't regret it!

Book Pals holds a special place in our hearts, particularly for my daughter and me. Witnessing her enthusiasm for reading blossom through this program has been truly heartwarming. The magic of storytelling and the bond it creates between children and their mentors are invaluable.
